This time I’m using a new @waltertools 1/2” carbide end mill with the ER40 collet chuck and I’m milling a t-nut to fit a Southbend lathe compound for a toolpost. We’re using the little DoAll milling machine to mill the two keyways and drill the cross hole in our 1-15/16” x 152” shaft. Strap clamped directly to the t-slot and supporter on the outer end using the gantry crane.
