UPDATE: On December 4th 2025, Cape Town city council approved a plan to put the Woodstock hospital, also known as Cissie Gool House, up for sale. The successful bidder will be required to build affordable housing on the site. Cissie Gool House residents are putting in their own bid to buy the property. #dwbusines
