A unique-coated Black Wolf moves through the thawing snow of spring. Another member of its pack stays back on the hill behind. This was one of the first wolf sightings of the year for me in April. I believe this is a wolf from the Pacific Creek Pack. There were a few wolves hanging around munching on some leftover deer they had back in the trees.
