homemade chai concentrate i think homemade chai will always beat out store bought chai and it’s wildly easy to make. i like to use masala chai tea bags. the recipe i used is in the middle but if you want it less sweet use less sugar and if you want it more sweet use more. i wonder if there’s a way to turn this into a maple syrup. that sounds killer on some french toast tbh - 12 chai tea bags - 4 cups of water - 1/2 cup of sugar
